This sounds like an opacity setting which for some reason is not set to 100% or a bug.
It should definitely be possible to not be transparent.
Every filter has an `Opacity` setting. Check that?
Simples example would be:
1. Add a filter > censor > color (black box)
2. Edit filter and see that one of the first settings is `Opacity`.
Edit: well my level 4 censoring was on so I couldn't see your screenshots :p the eyes only showing doesn't seem to have anything to do with opacity.
Are you using hotscreen 0.8?
Can't think of any other cause at the moment.
