latency causing screenwhiteout

When I leave the latency set at 0 everything works great, but there is of course a small delay. If I increase this the delay goes away but then my screen is saturated a very bright white and it ruins the picture. How can I fix this?

Do you have any filters/collections enabled? it sounds like an inverted bright censor, idk if any graphics processing might end up with shifting colours of your display like you said
